Hi!

My name is Navi and I will have the great privilege of sharing your stories and insights about studying dentistry across Canada!

I am originally from the great city of Winnipeg, MB (shout-out to the 204), but moved to Edmonton in August 2015 to attend the University of Alberta School of Dentistry. I have embraced the mountains of Alberta, but still am a good ole prairie boy at heart.

Boy does time fly…two years down, two to go. But this is not a countdown to graduation; I have learned a great deal about dentistry, camaraderie, and most importantly, myself in these past two years. Dentistry school offers memories and moments that all students recall many years into private practice. This podcast will attempt to share those memories, advice, and words of encouragement for dental students.

To quote Bruce Lee, “A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from a wise answer.”

Make mistakes, learn from them, and ask questions; dentistry school is a journey unlike no other, so enjoy every step you take!

If you have a story you would like to share, any feedback, suggestions, story recommendations, or a question you wish to see featired in this podcast series, please email us at oasisdiscussions@cda-adc.ca

We hope you enjoy the podcast series!

GRIND IT OUT ?

Cheers!
