The Importance of Physical Exercise

The human body was designed for movement. So much so that whenever we become immobile for an extended period of time, we go against 200,000 years of human evolution. So says Dr. Uche Odiatu, a General Dentist from Toronto and expert in exercise and physical wellbeing.

In this insightful conversation with Dr. John O’Keefe, Dr. Odiatu points out that, with the current COVID-19 restrictions, it is more difficult than ever to move around while at work, especially if you are a busy dentist.
