Having been forced to lay off 35 employees in mid-March, he talks to Dr. John O’Keefe, Director of Knowledge Networks CDA, and shares his experience of the COVID-19 lockdown and his return to practice.
Dr. Abbott presents in detail the return-to-work protocols established successfully in his office. He walks through the patient's journey, office infrastructure; and considers next steps for dentistry in the post COVID-19 era.
