University of Manitoba: New Research on Managing Avulsed Teeth
Dr. Rodrigo Cunha and Erin Roloff, from the College of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba, need your support in conducting new research on managing avulsed teeth.
Dr. Cunha and his team have designed a survey to help identify current practices among dental practitioners with regard to the management and treatment of avulsed teeth. Your input will be used for strategic planning purposes in educational programs for both dental students and dental practitioners.
The survey contains a series of 21 questions and should take about 5-8 minutes to complete.
Your participation on this line survey is completely voluntary. You are not required to provide any personal information such as your name, address or telephone number, and you don’t have to answer any questions you don’t wish to. The survey system will not record your e-mail address or Internet protocol address.
