Dr. Mark Eckler, Orthodontist, spoke with Dr. John O’Keefe about the concept of commoditization of dentistry and the importance of loyal customers.

Dr. Mark Eckler has been in an orthodontic specialty group practice for 19 years. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario and received his masters of science and orthodontic diploma from St. Louis University. His thesis concentrated on patient communication, which he and his orthodontic team use daily.
