I spoke with Alex Zlatin, founder and Executive Director of the The Dental Office Managers Association of Canada. Alex and his colleagues identified a need to standardize the work of dental office managers and decided to provide these valuable team members with training and certification that will allow them to carry out their responsibilities in a better and more efficient way.
Alex is also chief executive officer of Maxident, a dental practice management software company.

“The association aims to create a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about managing a dental practice.
