Change for the Better: Lining up the Bonus System to Take Care of the Patient

If the office receives an overall patient satisfaction score of a certain threshold and the practice has made a profit, employees will receive their bonuses. In this way, team members can concentrate on patient care while understanding that the team must also remain efficient and be cognizant of the costs associated with running a dental practice.
