CDA Oasis Conversations: What are the Value Drivers of Today’s Dental Practices?

Dr. Bernie Dolansky, past ODA and CDA President and current partner and consultant at Tier Three Brokerage, spoke with Dr. John O’Keefe about the main drivers that make a dental practice valuable to buyers. Among these drivers, maintaining a dental hygiene department is of utmost importance. 

 

Dr. Bernard Dolansky B.A, DDS, MS, practiced Endodontics in Ottawa for 37 years. He is a past President of the Ottawa Dental Society, ODA, CDA, and the Dentistry Canada Fund. A principal of Tier Three Brokerage, after 16 years and dozens of transitions, he assists dentists with transition/retirement planning; evaluations/practice purchase and sale; associateship/partnership arrangements, and lectures/ writes on these topics.
