As we gear up for the National Oral Health Convention in St. John’s, Newfoundland, CDA Oasis speaks with Dr. Hans Stasiuk, former president of the Academy for Sports Dentistry (ASD), about his upcoming presentation We Are All Sports Dentists – Are You Prepared?

This lecture-based session offers a deep dive into the world of sports dentistry, covering key topics such as preventing dental issues in athletes, emergency dental protocols, and guidelines for properly fabricating and fitting custom mouthguards.

Dr. Stasiuk will be joined by fellow ADS-trained experts Dr. Jan Chithalen, Dr. Byron Blasco, and Dr. Mike Salyzyn. Attendees will earn three continuing education (CE) points.
