The cybersecurity mini-workshop series continues on Oasis, introducing dentists to best practices in privacy and cybersecurity and addressing common issues that arise in the dental office.

This month, Anne Genge, certified cybersecurity and privacy expert for the dental profession, discusses Incident Management in the dental office, highlighting some of the key steps in being prepared including:

      • Having an office policy and an incident response plan
      • The importance of designating an individual or team to lead the response
      • The importance of maintaining records
