Katherine Eitel-Belt – Bio

Katherine Eitel Belt is known as The Un-Scripted Communication Expert in the US, Canada, and the UK. An international keynote speaker, author, and coach, Katherine is best known as the creator The Lioness Principle™, a unique leadership communication tool, and as the CEO/founder of LionSpeak, a company which helps professionals communicate with greater clarity and inspiration in a powerful, un-scripted, and authentic way. LionSpeak offers communications coaching in three areas: client-facing (telephone skills, sales & financial conversations), team-facing (leadership, culture, courageous conversations), and audience-facing (speaker / trainer coaching). 

Using non-traditional methods, Katherine loves to help professionals and teams bust through barriers and achieve phenomenal results. Through this work, she has become a mentor to other consultants, trainers, speakers, corporate executives and managers. In response, she created her Transformational Training Workshop and Inspirational Speaker’s Workshop as well as her Lion Camp Leadership Experiences which are annual sell-outs in San Diego, California and are considered the premier team retreats for progressive corporate and healthcare teams.
