Early November 2016, the CDHA announced the installation of its new President, Ms. Gerry Cool, at its annual general meeting in Edmonton.  Ms. Gerry Cool brings 42 years of experience to the position of CDHA President. Following her graduation from the University of Alberta in 1974, Gerry worked as a dental hygienist for 10 years in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, before returning home to the family farm in Carseland, Alberta, in 1983. Dr. Alain Moreau New Director of the Network for Canadian Oral Health Research (NCOHR)

Dr. Alain Moreau has been appointed Director of the Network for Canadian Oral Health Research (NCOHR) for a three-year term commencing effective October 1st, 2016.
