It’s the first of its kind exam to be administered to Oral and Maxillofacial residents at the University of Toronto. ADEA Survey of Dental School Graduates: Class of 2017

I had the pleasure to speak with Dr. Richard Valachovic, President and CEO of the American Dental Education Association (ADEA). Every year, ADEA publishes statistical reports about dentistry graduating classes. I have come across the most recent report which analyzes data from the 2017 graduating class. Although these data are about students from south of the border, there could be multiple similarities between American and Canadian students. Distinguished Scientist Award for Dr. Don Brunette of UBC

The International Association for Dental Research (IADR) announced Donald M. Brunette, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, as the 2018 recipient of the IADR Distinguished Scientist Award in Research in Prosthodontics and Implants. Brunette was recognized at the Opening Ceremonies of the 96th General Session of the IADR, held in conjunction with the IADR Pan European Regional (PER) Congress.
