Losing Weight – The Calories Conundrum

Conventional thinking dictates that to lose weight we simply need to burn more calories than we consume.

But is weight loss really that simple?

According to Dr. Uche Odiatu, dentist and wellness expert from Toronto, there are many ineffective strategies to lose weight, and one of them is to eat less. Perhaps that is why the average person is now 10-15lbs heavier than they were in 1989, and 95% of people on diets regain the weight they lose within 12 months.
