Angie Drinic is a trainer and the founder and CEO of DentCents, a consulting and professional training company for dental offices. Angie spoke with Dr, John O’Keefe about strategies that help to reduce cancellations and improve the business flow of the dental practice.
Angie has been advising and coaching dentist and multi-dental practices ever since moving to Canada in 1994. Over 38 years, she progressed from dental assistant to the front desk and then to management. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in marketing, she worked as an area manager and then regional manager for one of the largest dental corporations in California. Being responsible for so many offices at once has given her the experience and the skills needed to work with all areas of the practice.
