Dr. Maneesh Sharma Welcomes You to the Canadian Academy of Endodontics

Dr. Maneesh Sharma, President of the Canadian Academy of Endodontics, spoke with Dr. John O’Keefe about the mission of the CAE and its role in the oral health circle of care. 

Dr. Sharma is a 1991 graduate of the University of Toronto and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa in 1995. Dr. Sharma was accepted into the post-graduate endodontic specialty program at the State University of New York in Buffalo. He completed his specialty training in 1997 and also obtained a master’s degree in oral sciences. Dr. Sharma is currently the President of the Canadian Academy of Endodontists. He is the Past President of the Ottawa Dental Society (ODS), as well Past Chair of both the Continuing Education and Communication Committees for the ODS.
