Dr. Tamanna Tiwari recently published a review of studies that looked at how the process of acculturation enhances or inhibits oral health and oral healthy intervention in children. She kindly accepted to do an interview with me in which she further explained the concept and its importance. Dr. Tiwari is Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Dentistry and Population Health at the University of Colorado’s School of Dental Medicine.
