Ms. Gerry Cool, the New CDHA President

Early November 2016, the CDHA announced the installation of its new President, Ms. Gerry Cool, at its annual general meeting in Edmonton.
Ms. Gerry Cool brings 42 years of experience to the position of CDHA President. Following her graduation from the University of Alberta in 1974, Gerry worked as a dental hygienist for 10 years in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, before returning home to the family farm in Carseland, Alberta, in 1983. Since then, she has worked in private dental practises, full and part time, and has been actively involved in the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta and CDHA in a variety of leadership roles.
